PT Gowin Solution Indonesia ("Gowin", "we", "us"), a company incorporated in Indonesia with its business address at Danta Space Office, Jl. Padang Mekar No. 9, Padangsambian, Denpasar Barat, Bali 80117, Indonesia, operates this website and determines the purposes and means of processing the personal data described below. Scope
This policy covers personal data processed through this website. Individual development projects are governed by a separate written agreement, which may set out additional data-protection arrangements.
What information we collect
Enquiry form. The form asks for your name, email address and message. Company name, selected service and budget range are optional and help us prepare a relevant reply. Please do not send passwords, API keys, payment credentials or sensitive personal records through the form.
Website analytics. The website is hosted on Vercel and uses Vercel Web Analytics, which collects aggregated usage information such as pages visited, referral sources, device and browser type and approximate region. Form fields are not sent as analytics events. Vercel describes Web Analytics as operating without third-party cookies, and we do not add Google Analytics or advertising trackers.
Language preference. Your EN/ID choice is stored in your browser's local storage so the site can remember it on later visits. This is functional storage, not tracking. You can change or remove it via the language switcher or by clearing this site's storage; if storage is blocked, the language can still be switched for the current session.

Who processes your data
We share personal data with the providers that operate this website and deliver your enquiry to us:

- Formspree — processes and stores the enquiry form and delivers submissions to us. Provider documentation: formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy.
- Email and other service providers involved in our business correspondence.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not use enquiry messages as public testimonials without permission.
International transfers
Our providers may process personal data outside Indonesia, including in the United States and other countries. Where personal data is transferred outside Indonesia, we rely on appropriate transfer safeguards as required by applicable data protection law, and we will update this section as the cross-border transfer rules of Government Regulation No. 33 of 2026 and the instruments of the personal data protection authority become available.
Retention
We keep enquiry information for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless it is needed longer for a project discussion, a project agreement provides otherwise, or applicable law requires longer retention. Copies of enquiries held by our form provider (Formspree) are governed by its terms and our account settings. Aggregated analytics data is retained in accordance with the provider's default settings.
Security
We apply reasonable organisational and technical measures to protect personal data, including limiting access to business correspondence to team members who need it. No website form is a secure channel for secrets: please do not send passwords, API keys, payment credentials or sensitive personal records through the form.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you have the right to:
- be informed about the processing of your personal data;
- access your personal data;
- have incomplete or inaccurate personal data corrected;
- have your personal data erased;
- withdraw your consent where processing is based on consent;
- request restriction of processing;
- obtain your personal data in a structured, commonly used format (data portability) where applicable;
- object to decisions based solely on automated processing, including profiling, that produce legal or similarly significant effects on you;
- seek compensation for losses caused by a violation of applicable data protection law, as provided by law.
To exercise these rights, email support@gowinpay.com. We may need to verify your identity before responding, and we will respond within 60 calendar days of a verified request. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may lodge a complaint with the competent Indonesian supervisory authority — currently the Ministry of Communication and Digital Affairs (KOMDIGI), pending the establishment of the personal data protection authority under Law No. 27 of 2022.
Personal data breaches
If a personal data breach occurs and notification is required under applicable data protection law, we will notify the affected data subjects and the competent authority in writing, without undue delay and in any event within 72 hours (3 × 24 hours) as required by Law No. 27 of 2022.
Children
This website is directed at businesses and professionals and is not intended for children. We do not knowingly collect personal data of children. If you believe a child has provided personal data through this website, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date shows the current version.
